Scale and sustainability are central to the long-term success of our programmes. While donor funding provides the foundation for delivering impact, it is often subject to changing priorities and funding cycles. To strengthen resilience and ensure continuity, DWZ aims to adopt a social enterprise approach that is very successfully applied by DW Namibia, complementing donor funding by generating income through the sale of relevant services and products. These revenues are reinvested into programme delivery and growth, creating a more sustainable funding model that supports long-term planning, innovation, and increased impact.
